Direction: upload an RFP and get a transparent, factor-by-factor win-probability estimate (no opaque LLM score), then track the opportunity through the pipeline. A retrieval-augmented assistant searches past performance and prior bids to help draft responses.
Stack: a Python modular monolith (Streamlit today, with a React + FastAPI migration under way) over PostgreSQL, with semantic matching and RAG for the AI pieces.
