Direction: replace a spreadsheet-and-handoffs process with a system that can answer "is this billing defensible, and can we prove it?" Built multi-tenant from day one so it can stand alone or sit alongside sibling tools.
Stack: a FastAPI modular monolith over PostgreSQL with row-level-security tenancy, a React 19 + TypeScript front end, and Playwright end-to-end tests from the start.
