Projects sick and vacation balances forward through planned trips, so I can see whether a trip next June still leaves a cushion.

A single-file tool I use for myself. You enter current balances, accrual rules, caps, and observed holidays, add planned trips, and it draws month-by-month balances out to a projection date. It flags where a trip would dip below zero or where hours are lost to a cap.
It isn't linked here on purpose. The useful version of a tool like this includes my data: when I'm traveling and with whom. That doesn't belong on a public site. Today the data lives in a JSON file I import and export. The next step is a private, signed-in version (the same pattern described under Memories).
